The 2025 Christmas Toy Store

Ensure no whānau goes without gifts for their tamariki this Christmas.

Open from Monday 1st December until Friday 19th December, our 2025 Christmas Toy Store offers whānau the chance to shop for new Christmas gifts for their children – at no cost to them.

Like our Social Supermarket, the Christmas Toy Store prioritises dignity of choice, allowing parents or whānau to choose items for their children from a wide selection of donated new gifts/toys.

Through the kindness of donors and our wider community, the Toy Store ensures that every whānau can gift presents to their children, regardless of their personal circumstance.

How do I arrange an appointment at the Christmas Toy Store?

1. Primary booking method

If you would like to enquire about making an appointment, you should send an email to Christmas@wcm.org.nz including:

              • Your name

              • Phone number

              • Number of tamariki in your household

Our Christmas Administrator will call you back weekdays between 9.30am–12pm to discuss eligibility and make a booking where possible.

2. If you don’t have access to email

You are also able to call 0800 245 0900. If no answer, you can leave a message with your name, phone number and number of Tamariki in your household, to discuss eligibility and make a booking where possible.

3. If you are already working with a WCM staff member/support worker

Make the request to your support worker, who will refer you to our Christmas Administrator with a preferred time and date.
